On-site technical assistance

It may be the first time that you are using a particular type of coating and therefore you need some guidance on application technique specific to that product. Alternatively you may have encountered some problems with one of our products and need help to find out the cause of the problem and rectify the situation.

Demonstrations

PSG can offer demonstrations of new equipment on the market relating to anything from paint application equipment to solvent recovery units and can crushers - "try before you buy".

Laboratory Testing

PSG offers independent product testing and evaluation, investigation into the causes of paint defects and analysis of application problems experienced by our customers.

Colour Matching Services

PSG has a comprehensive library of worldwide colour standards and formulae, as well as the facility to match to customers' patterns.

Aircraft Paint Inspection

Do you require a neutral opinion on your paint job - old or new - regardless of aircraft size or paint manufacturer? We can carry out an external inspection covering:

  • General appearance
  • Paint finish
  • Finishing of the "details"
  • Paint scheme

We will then provide you with a report on all visible defects

Use our Spraybooth!

Do you need a spraybooth for a defined period?  Do you have parts to be painted?
